Embedding an AI4U Assistant (Korrah) into your client portals allows you to provide instant, personalised, 24/7 support directly where your clients complete their work. Once installed, your assistant can answer FAQs, guide clients through forms and workflows, and surface knowledge from your documents, policies, and internal resources.
Follow the steps below to set up your assistant.
1. Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
A MyDocSafe administrator account
An Ai4U (ai4u.digital) account with a published assistant
Your assistant’s Public Embed Key (explained below)
If you don’t have an AI4U assistant yet, you can create one in minutes at ai4u.digital.
2. Locate Your Assistant’s Access Key in Ai4U
Log in to ai4u.digital.
Open your project.
Navigate to the AI Assistants tab → '...' next to your chosent assistant → 'view details'→ Featurs
Make sure that "Enable Assistant Widget" is turned on. Then copy your Access Key — a short unique code used by MyDocSafe to connect to your assistant.
You’ll paste this key into MyDocSafe in the next step.
3. Enable the AI Assistant in MyDocSafe
Log in to MyDocSafe.
Go to Portals → Select your portal group → Settings → General tab .
Paste your Access Key into the "Ai4u agent code" field provided.
Click Save.
Once activated, your assistant becomes available to all your portals by default — you will not see it in your own account.
4. Choose Where the Assistant Appears
You can enable or disable the AI assistant on a per-portal-group basis. You can therefore repeat the steps from the previous section in any other portal group using the same or a different AI agent.
Pro tip:
Use the right number of agents depending on how similar your content and tone are.
If the underlying knowledge base and FAQs are mostly the same, use one agent.
If the knowledge base is the same but the tone of voice needs to differ (e.g., formal for clients, casual for internal use), create multiple agents within the same project in Ai4u.
If the knowledge base or FAQs differ significantly, create separate projects, each with its own dedicated agent.
5. Test the Assistant Inside a Portal
Open the portal as a Client Viewer (invite yourself using a different email address and view the portal in an incognito window or in a different browser from your default one).
Locate the chat icon (bottom-right corner).
Ask your assistant questions your clients would typically ask — e.g.:
“How do I sign my documents?”
“What information do I need for onboarding?”
“Where can I upload my files?”
If the assistant’s response is inaccurate or too generic, you can improve it using the steps in Section 6.
6. Improving Your Assistant (Optional but Recommended)
To get the best results, make sure your assistant has been trained on the right materials.
Add your company-specific documents:
Client onboarding guides
Service descriptions
Internal policies
Portal instructions
Fee schedules
Templates
FAQs
Upload or link these inside AI4U → Data Collectors.
Fine-tune tone & behaviour:
Use the System Prompt to set voice and behaviour, e.g.:
“You are a helpful assistant supporting clients of [Your Company] inside their MyDocSafe portal.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance. When needed, direct users to forms, tasks or documents inside the portal.”
Monitor accuracy:
The Queries tab shows:
Real client questions
Assistant confidence levels
Suggestions for fixes
Opportunities to add missing knowledge
Regular monitoring ensures accuracy improves over time.
7. Rolling Out to Your Clients
Once the assistant behaves the way you want:
Enable it across all client portals
Inform your clients via a short announcement
Explain what the assistant can help them with (signing, uploading, onboarding, FAQs etc.)
Encourage clients to use it instead of emailing support
This will reduce repetitive queries and speed up your onboarding cycles.
Done! Your Ai4U Assistant Is Now Live in MyDocSafe
You’ve successfully connected your AI4U Assistant to your MyDocSafe portal environment. Clients can now access instant support, and your team can focus on higher-value tasks.
