Clients often lose the email that first took them to their portal. A Client login button on your website gives them a permanent way back in.
1. Choose the address
Standard login page: https://app.mydocsafe.com. It works for every client, on every plan.
Your own address, for example portals.yourfirm.co.uk, with your logo and colours. This comes with the Branding add-on on Business and Enterprise plans. Contact customerservices@mydocsafehq.com to set it up.
2. Add the button
WordPress: edit the page or header, add a Buttons block, type "Client login" and paste the address as the link.
Squarespace: edit the page or header, add a Button block (or a header button in Site Styles), type "Client login" and paste the address as the link.
Wix, Webflow and others: add a button or menu item and link it to the address.
Put it somewhere clients look first, such as the top menu or the footer.
3. Tell clients where it is
Mention it in your invitation message (portal group Settings > Invitations).
Add it to the Dashboard description (Settings > General), so it's on screen every time clients sign in.
If you use a self-signup link, this matters even more: the emails clients get after signing up don't link back to the login page.
